Amanda joins the team full time

Our landscape assistant, Amanda, has now joined us as a full time member of staff. A talented graduate from Sheffield University, she initially joined us as a freelancer and then on a part-time basis. Over the last year, she has proven herself to be diligent and competent, someone who approaches all tasks with great initiative and enthusiasm.

She also shares our commitment to the profession and the Landscape Institute, working on the LI's Advisory Council, the Landscape Journal's editorial board, and the LI Yorkshire and Humber Branch Committee. We have no idea where she finds the time and energy... must be something to do with her youth. In short, she is a 'can-do' person - our favourite type! However, please don't mention any of this to her - we do not want it going to her head.

Amanda is embarking on her "Pathway to Chartership" and is optimistic that it will take less than thirty years to complete.
